Army raids And PM arrested very Sensational information!
Mali's military has arrested and detained rulers, including the prime minister and president.
Mali's President Bah N'Daw, Prime Minister Moctar Ouane, and Defense Minister Souleymane Doucore have been arrested and detained at a military base in Mali.
Former President Ibrahim Boubacar Qaeda was similarly arrested by the military in August last year. He was later forced by the military to resign and lost power.
He was preceded in death by then-President Amadou Tawmani Taure and other senior leaders during a military coup in 2021 and removed from power in a similar fashion.
It does seem like another coup in #Mali has taken place after the country‘s interim President and his Prime Minister were (and are still) held at Kati Military Camp. The UN Mission in Mali has demanded unconditional release of the two leaders.
